Find a service that you need

Browse categories to find a quality, sworker-friendly freelancer within your budget or post your requirements and have freelancers come to you! Compare prices, portfolios, delivery time, and community recommendations in order to find a seller that best suits your needs. If you have a specific question, simply send them an enquiry before buying a job.

Let them know what you need

Be as detailed as possible so the seller can provide you with the quality service that you are expecting. After you purchase a job, the freelancer approves the work and things can get started! You pay for the work upfront, and the money is held securely by the site until you confirm that the job is complete and performed to your satisfaction.

Manage transaction

Watch out for messages about what kind of information the freelancer needs from you, and use our secure messaging system to stay in touch and exchange files. If needed, provide feedback on the work as you go so you get the best results possible. The seller will deliver your order within a specified time frame.

Approve service delivered

Once you are happy with the work performed, you can mark the transaction complete, and we’ll make sure that the seller gets paid. You can also help the community by leaving feedback for the seller to let folks know how your experience went. Start to finish, it’s a very easy process, and gives you the time and energy to focus on the work you enjoy doing!

Post your service

Our site quickly guides you through the process of selling your work! Write out a detailed job description, upload relevant examples of your work, and set prices and expected delivery of your service. Our staff will review the job and, if it’s your first time posting work to the site, we’ll also reach out to vet you to ensure the safety and integrity of the community. Once everything has been reviewed and approved (usually 24-28 hours), your job will go live on the site!

Communicate promptly

When someone buys your job, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm the order and start working! We have a secure messaging and chat system on the site, and ask that you keep all work communications to these channels, for safety and accountability. Just keep an eye out for messages from your client, or give them a nudge to provide you with more details and input as the work progresses!

Wrap things up

After a job is successfully delivered your client marks it as complete and has the opportunity to leave a review for other users to see. From this point it will take 10 days for the funds from the completed work to be credited to your account, minus the site fees of 10-15% of the total transaction depending on your freelancer tier. You can use your site credit to purchase work from other freelancers, or make a withdrawal. And don’t forget to leave a review of your client, too!
