Ideally, yes. But it is not required. While it is much easier to work with the actual photos you want showcased, I understand the hesitation. If you let me know the kinds of photos and their general vibe, I will use stand-in photos to help me during the design process. I'll have a few extra questions for you based around the number of photos, their relative dimensions, etc., but we'll make it work!

What are the ongoing fees for owning a website?
It varies! A domain name is roughly 10-15 USD a year, while a web host can be from 40 - 100 USD a year depending on what package you select and how long of a period you pay for upfront. I'm happy to help you make the choices that feel best suited to your situation. These fees will need to be paid to their respective services, not to me.
